I met Chris Sharvell for the first time in July 2012, when I asked him to prepare an appraisal of a property in Kenna St West Chermside owned by my son & me. Chris immediately inspected the property & produced a written appraisal. On 12th July 2012 we appointed Chris's Agency, Realsales Northside Real Estate, to sell our property. Chris began a marketing campaign of advertising including making our property available for inspection. Shortly after listing Chris had offers to buy our property. He negoitated with the offerors which led to a contract for a price acceptable to us being executed early in August 2012. Settlement occured on 31st August 2012. Chris has a pleasant personality with a Salesman's drive and enthusiasm. Hew did not pressure us on the decisions we needed to make. He maintained constant communication by email with my son & me on the progress of marketing our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending him as an agent for sale.
